About this program
GovTech Vietnam Conference 2026 is the annual event chaired by the Ministry of Information and Communications, bringing together over 1,500 representatives from all 63 provinces, ministries and technology companies providing solutions to the public sector.
The 2026 theme is "From Digitisation to Digital Government — the Road Ahead". The conference examines problems being solved across the 2025–2026 period:
• Project 06 — three-year results and the roadmap to completing the National Population Database • Level 4 online public services — citizen adoption rates and remaining barriers • National Data Exchange Platform (NDXP) — progress and technical challenges for inter-agency integration • AI in administrative processing — pilots in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Binh Duong
Day 2 special session: GovTech Exhibition — 40 companies demonstrating digital solutions for the public sector, including FPT, Viettel, VNPT, CMC and emerging GovTech startups.
The conference closes with the "Digital Government 2026" awards, honouring 10 localities and ministries for outstanding digital transformation achievements.
