1. Scope
This policy applies to all personal data collected when you use the Innovation Support Portal, including both public and membership areas.

Basic identification data (full name, email, phone number), organisational information (organisation name, role), interaction information (page views, resource downloads), technical logs (IP, user-agent) for security analysis.
3. Purpose of Use
Content personalisation, recommending relevant support programmes, sending notifications about new resources, statistical analysis and operational security.
4. Rights of Data Subjects
