About this program
The Digital Transformation Accelerator for SMEs 2026 is a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, delivered through the National Innovation Centre (NIC), with the aim of supporting 100 small and medium enterprises in accelerating their adoption of digital technology.
Enterprises receive up to VND 500 million to deploy solutions covering process digitalisation, supply chain management, e-commerce or automation. The government grant covers 60% of total project costs; enterprises contribute the remaining 40% to demonstrate their commitment to implementation.
Beyond financial support, the programme provides NIC-certified digital transformation consultants, access to a vetted ecosystem of technology solution providers, and 40 hours of digital leadership training for management-level staff.
Eligibility: enterprises with 10–300 employees, annual revenue of VND 3–300 billion, at least two years of operation, and no receipt of government digital transformation support in the previous three years.
